Mark Thomas is the Chief Digital and Information Officer for the BLMK ICB

Mark has over 20 years experience as a strategic leader in both Social Services and Healthcare with an absolute passion for removing the barriers that prevent a resident receiving high quality and safe integrated health and care services that support starting well, living well and aging with good health for as long as possible.

While leading large collaborative programmes across multiple and complex organisations, Mark has never lost sight of the individual, their families and the social impact of what transformational change really means.

Mark has been part of the BLMK ICS from when it moved from the STP as one of the first ICS’s to be formed in 2018 and has been leading the digital transformation across the 11 partner organisations.
