Beyond implementation: defining the next chapter of NHS digital transformation

Over the past decade, the focus has been on laying the digital foundations of the health service - from widespread EPR implementation and greater interoperability to the emergence of AI and national digital platforms. The conversation has now shifted. NHS leaders are no longer asking whether digital transformation is important, but how they maximise the value of existing investment, improve productivity and prepare their organisations for the next phase of change.
